Ways to Have an Unforgettable First Date

As we all know, the first date is a make-or-break situation. The success of the blossoming relationship strongly depends on whether the couple had a good time the first time they went out. This is also the moment where lasting impressions are made that will be the basis of a continuing partnership. That is why we here at Dating 4-1-1 thought of giving all you people a little reminder on how you can make your first date with that special someone extra romantic and unforgettable.

1. Set the date up right
An unforgettable date starts with a solid setup. So when you call up the person you wanna go out with, just fgo straight to the point and avoid stalling and delaying. Just tell them that you wanna have lunch or have drinks together. This way the other person won't think that you are some pathetic loser who have nothing better to do than to bug them. This shows them that you are a busy individual, but not too busy to get some time with them.

2. Don't be too clingy
One big mistake common on dates, especially on first dates, is that most people try too hard to impress the other person. They make such a big deal in showing their dates that their attention, time and effort are directed to them. Though this may sound sweet, not if done too much. Remember to still give them their space so they won't think once again that you are a desperate loser. Just be cool.

3. Keep your composure
Most people can't keep their composure when other people tests them. But don't ever think that when you are on a date, this is not going to happen. Because it's just a natural act for people to challenge their date's intellect or character, especially women. So just don't let the other person get you off balanced. Respond to them as fast as you can, giving them responses that will impress them of you as a person.

4. Make your move
Remember that whoever does the first move on a date will pretty much be the one who'll have control for the rest of it. So you just have to be smart in figuring out when the right moment arrives for you to make your move. Don't disappoint your date because this is probably what they are also been waiting for all night. But of course, you still have to be subtle with it because you might end up scaring them off.

5. Make it the first
The most effective way to make a lasting impression on the first date and making it special is by having a "first" on it. What do we mean, you ask? Do something that is a first for you date. This way, she'll always remember your date because it is the when she first did a particular thing.

So there you go. Good luck on going out there and grabbing that special someone for you. Just remember to always be yourself because that is the best way to actually be successful in the dating game.
